As the lead recruiter within the team you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business and our culture.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy for all new hires, for on-boarding, seeing the induction process through with new people and for championing the agency values and driving our culture throughout everything we do.
You will also support the leadership team in developing an ongoing culture strategy including team benefits packages, internal communications, team appraisals and monitoring staff morale.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing the recruitment strategy. This includes shaping the employer brand (via the internal careers page, Glassdoor, Linkedin and other recruitment platforms).
Implementing and maintaining our applicant tracking system.
Look at creative and successful ways of advertising vacancies.
Managing the company internship programme/grad scheme/apprentice scheme and taking ownership for the hiring process (partnering with Universities/Colleges and companies such as Life Skills).
Promote and manage the internal referral scheme.
Partner with external recruitment agencies and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience is maintained at all times and that we have a preferred supplier list in place with negotiated and reduced recruitment rates.
Ensuring budgets are adhered to and cost savings via direct hires are made as a priority.
Carrying out first stage interviewing for all vacancies and managing the entire recruitment process through to making an offer and issuing contract stage.
Creating best process surrounding our recruitment practice to ensure a positive service that reflects our values is received both internally and externally.
Help to shape the on-boarding process (Welcome packs, New starter inductions etc)
Manage the new starter inductions
Support the cultural activity of the business
Participate in the agency Culture Club (generating a buzz around the Christmas party, pub quiz nights and charity events with the culture hub team. Attending as many events as possible.)
Minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience within an agency or corporate environment, specialising in technical / digital roles.
Experience of search within the technology sector.
Genuine interest in recruitment trends.
Proven technical recruiting experience in a fast paced environment.
Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally.
Evidence of partnering with Marketing to build an employer brand.
Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task effectively.
