Choosing best of breed technologies, design patterns and development approaches, you’ll work with our high performing team of developers, testers, creatives, business analysts, account managers and project managers to deliver experiences to our clients that set us apart from the pack.


You’ll liaise with all project stakeholders in order to fully understand the requirements and recommend and implement solutions that follow best practice. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients and lead initiatives on some of our largest client engagements.

You should have a strong appreciation for design and delivery as well as a passion for the industry. You’ll be exposed to the full business life cycle and work with the development director to deliver new or extend existing systems. You’ll be expected to take a keen involvement in progressing the skills of others within the team as well are yourself.

Your responsibilities include assisting with estimation on quotes, working with business analysts and project managers in planning workshops, through to working with creatives and testers in design, build, quality assurance and deployment activities.

Paid training is provided, with the opportunity to attend appropriate conferences, development meetups and tech days, assisting you to hone your skills and help keep you at the cutting edge. You’ll also get the chance to represent Greenwood Campbell alongside your peers at our regular ‘Hex’ events, a social gathering intended for developers and creatives.


  • 4+ years of C# ASP.NET development experience, preferably in an agency environment. MVC and WebForms.

  • 3+ years of SQL Server development experience.

  • 3+ years of IIS development experience.

  • Demonstrated ability with XHTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON/XML.

  • Experience of Source Control, Continuous Integration, Visual Studio

  • Natural ability to solve problems, communicate clearly, and think differently.

  • Knowledge of content management systems e.g. Sitecore, Umbraco, EPiServer advantageous.
